We constructed a new office outside the existing warehouse including demolition of existing structures. 

Key elements for this project; 

• the new office connected to the existing warehouse  

• maintain full operation during construction

We constructed 4 x small retail units near Stockland Baldivis shopping centre. Key elements of this project was to have high exposure, and be inviting to new retail outlets to bring value to the existing shopping centre

We constructed 23 storage units with individual roller door access. Key elements for this project was to have large reversing space for site movement

We constructed 2 x warehouses together under one roof that can be operated seperatly with their own offices. Key elements for this project was to construct a building that can connect through internally and operate as one large space when the tenants requirements expand
